Friday Before NYC

Well I made it to NYC for the big race. I flew in today and met up with Elizabeth and Linda who i used to train with when I was with Galloway. We rode the train from Newark to Penn Station and then cabbed back to their hotel. We then grabbed lunch at a deli and headed over to the expo. The Expo was huge...lots of stuff to see and buy. I ended up with two long sleeve shirts, some NYC marathon socks and this cool red blinking light thing so that I don't get run over while I train in the winter. We left the Expo around 4:30 and my legs were pooped. Hopefully a nice dinner tonight and a quiet evening before a rest day on Saturday.
