Thursday Fat Burner

Today I hit the gym for another fat burner workout. I rode the elliptical trainer for an hour and then lifted weights for my upper body. I followed that up with 20 minutes on the treadmill. It is weird how dead you legs feel after a rest period.

I am down 1.5 pounds from last Thursday.

Running stats - 2.3 miles/20 minutes
