Easy 30-45 Minute Run
4.05 Miles; 33:09; 8:11 pace
Today was my normal "run as you feel" day. It was raining very hard throughout the whole run, but it wasn't cold. It felt like my running days in Oregon, but in Oregon it doesn't rain this hard. My shoes were soaked within the first 10 minutes. Many people don't like the rain, but I find it to be a nice change...kind of exhilirating. I need to make this run a bit longer in the future.
Tomorrow I am back with the Gazelles...I am going to miss sleeping until 6 or 6:30 every day!
