February Catch Up
I can't believe I skipped a whole month of blogging. I have been really busy and have many excuses, but I want to get back to it starting in March. I have to say that I ran this month, but I think I only made one mid-week Gazelle workout this month. That was a Fartlek day where I fell not once, but twice. My knees are finally healing. I did do some hill repeats in the neighborhood. I ran in California early in the month on the Stanford campus which was really nice. I hit the gym almost every Tues/Thurs and did my weight routine which really helped all my aches and pains go away. I ran around the ATT marathon course with Rachel. It was really weird not running that race...actually the first time I have missed it since I moved to Austin in 2002. It was nice to watch and support the Gazelles as well as all the other runners.
I think I am finally past my 2007 burn out and am ready for some more intense training to get faster for some 5k and 10k races in the next couple of months.
