4 Miles with Some Pickups

For a few minutes last night I thought about rejoining the Gazelles early, but after a night of thunderstorms, I decided to run in the neighborhood. The weather was nice and cool (50s) and the rain cleared before I started. I ran for about 20 minutes and then started a set of for 2 minute pickups at about 5k pace. It was a little hard to get up to that pace, but once I got going it was easy. It felt good to get a little speed back since I was so sluggish yesterday.
