Weights
Today was my second day in the gym for the week. I rode the eliptical trainer for 20 minutes and then went into my weight/ab routine and stretched afterwards.
- Roman chair leg lifts (10) 3 sets
- Roman chair crunches (10) 3 sets
- Back raises (10) 3 sets
- Ab machine (15) 2 sets, 40lbs
- Calf raises (10 reps in each position) 60lbs, 3 sets
- Leg extensions (10) 3 sets, 40lbs
- Chest extension (10) 3 sets, 40lbs
- Lat pull downs (10) 3 sets, 40lbs
- Shoulder raises (10) 2 sets, 20lbs
- Curls, on bench (10) 2 sets, 20bls + bar
- Running position arm swings (40) 2 sets with each leg forward, 10lbs in each arm
Overall a great workout. My arms were very sore last time so it's going to take a few weeks to get used to the routine.
