Easy 7 Miler Around Town Lake

Today I met Alex for an easy 7 mile loop on Town Lake. The rest of the Gazelles were doing Meriden and there is no way I was doing that two days after the race. Summer is here a bit early with temps in the high 60s and humid as hell. We ran a pretty decent pace and it was really nice to easy for a nice distance without worrying about training for something. I am going to enjoy running this month easy prior to beginning Chicago training in early June.
