Xtraining and Weights, and Massage

Today I was a mixed bag of activities, but no running. My legs feel really dead. I only did 15 minutes on the elliptical trainer followed by my weight routine for my upper and lower body. I was careful not to mess up the progress my back has made of the past week. I only did ab excercises in the roman chair that would support my back.

I went to see Ana for a massage since Lucy is in Hawaii. She did a really good job of loosening up my back and said there is definitely something tweaked in there. She worked on my glutes as well to loosen the whole area.
