Easy 8 Miles
Today I ran with Alex on the trail at 6AM. We will eventually turn these runs into pace runs once we get going with our Chicago training. We ran counter-clockwise on the trail and then added an additional mile around Auditorium shores to make it about an 8 mile day. The run felt good and at a good pace. It was a lot better than what we did last Thursday.
We did 4 strides and called it a day. I got to the gym where I did some ab work on the Roman chair and the ab machine. I did my full stretching routine to keep my right leg loose. It feels pretty decent today.
