Easy Run

Today I ran with Jay and Jan on the 7 mile loop. It's the third time this week, but it's been a weird week since I haven't been with the Gazelles. A thunderstorm blew threw at 5AM so it was nice and cool when we started at 7AM. It was still very humid though. My right leg has still been feeling weird. I am beginning to think it is IT since it is moving around and now I am feeling something in my hip. We ran at an easier pace than I did on Thursday so I felt OK. We stopped for water at the Rock and headed back to Auditorium shores. I ran 5 slow strides and still felt OK. We headed back to RunTex for our group stretch. It was another nice, casual day!
