1000s at AHS

Today we did 1000s at AHS. The weather was warm and humid...a big change from the previous week. I ran with Margaret and Sean. Gilbert only made us do 5 since we have the 22 miler tomorrow. The first one was really slow, but we picked up the pace for the next 3. The last one we raced eachother and the times really improved. I started to pull away with about 300 meters to go, but Sean drafted me and passed me on the back stretch with about 100 meters to go. It was kind of fun racing.

Split times - 4:41, 4:27, 4:33, 4:21, 4:05

We finished up with three 200s and then headed back to Runtex.
