Elliptical and Weights

Today was my crosstraining day. I got back into full routine after a week and a half of resting my back. I had minimal stiffness this morning, but still have some pain in my right lower back right above my tail bone. I have my massage session on Friday so hopefully Anna can find out what's up with it.

I did 20 minutes on the elliptical trainer and then the weights. I did some stretching including the "downward facing dog" stretch which really helps my back. Tomorrow we have a revised workout, but whatever it is I am ready. My legs feel back to normal and I have been sleeping well lately.

The initial forecast for Indy looks dry and 43 degrees on Saturday morning. I hope it holds!
