Easy LSR
Today I met Jay, Alex, Rich at the Pfluger bridge to do the 10 mile loop on the trail. We were also joined by Thon and Mike Jeroslow from the Fall marathon group. Mike is just coming back from a stress fracture and Thon is coming back from a break after Freescale. The weather was nice after some thunderstorms blew through during the night.
The run was pretty uneventful. We took a break at the power plant for some gels and potty breaks. We alternated leading and we picked it up a bit for the last mile. We did some strides and then headed over to RunTex to stretch and to cheer our peeps who were running the Texas Round Up 10k. It was kind of fun being a spectator. I cut my stetching short to get over to the Peter Pan golf course to set up for Caroline's birthday party.
