Rest Day

My 400th Blog Entry...will I get to 756 before Barry Bonds?

I set my alarm this morning to get up and run in the neighborhood, but my lower left leg and feet are still bothering me. The leg is really stiff below the calf and above the ankle. I have no idea what it is, but I am assuming I did something during the mile. It felt OK yesterday after I warmed up and I was able to complete the workout, but it hurts now. Hopefully it's nothing major. I want to get healed up so I can start my fall training in a couple of weeks.

I did 120 crunches/leg extensions as well as 40 of the tricep focused pushups this morning. Hopefully my leg and feet will feel better in the morning so I can run.
