Cool Recovery Run
Today was another really cool morning. I meet a few other folks for an easy run around the 7 mile loop. It was a nice run at a nice pace. We did 4 strides and then I headed off to the gym. I did calf raises on the machine and standing, leg extensions, leg curls and some squats. I also did some ab work and most of the stretching routine. After the workout on Monday, I could really feel the lack of strength in my lower left leg. These exercises tired it out, but it felt good all day.
