Crosstraining
I was going to rest today, but weighed myself and need to stop the LB gain. I slept until 6:30 again and headed to the gym. I did the elliptical trainer for 30 minutes, did a set of leg extensions, did my abs, and stretched. I weighed 199 so I've gained 4 pounds during my week of eating like crap. I put myself back on a diet to get to 190 by taper time in February.
My lower back has really been bothering and I have been using the heating pad for the last two nights. I am headed to the chiropractor this afternoon. Hopefully that will fix the problem.
Depending on how I feel tonight tomorrow will be another 4 miler at home.
