Walking at Town Lake

Today the girls and I met a group of Chicago runners for a long walk around Town Lake. We met at 7:30 and it was a wonderful morning. We went toward the rock and then around back across the Pfluger bridge. We went really slow and just enjoyed the visiting and the morning. We were out there for almost 90 minutes and ended up with about 4 miles. It was probably too much for Caroline since she had a soccer game later in the day and was a step too slow all day.

We saw some of the other Gazelles who gave us congratulations at RunTex. It was a really nice morning.
