Rest Day

Today was a much needed additional rest day after the very long workout yesterday. I just haven't felt right and wanted to get my legs back under me. I saw my chiropractor this AM and my leg checks out "good to go." I have one more appointment next week just for a tweak. I just have to stay healthy for the next week and then give it my best shot. I am feeling confident and 10 days to all systems are go. We have 10 miles easy on Saturday, a warmup and a 3000 on Monday, off Tuesday, 3 miles easy on Wednesday, and then rest until Saturday.
