Easy Run and Exercises
Today I ran at home and did my easy 4 mile out and back route. I was focusing on my form and turnover and trying to keep right around an 8:30 pace. When I got home I did my T/Th home exercises and stretched. Tomorrow was going to be my long run, but plans changed and it is now a day off. I am feeling tired so that's a good thing. Saturday is about a 12 mile run and then another rest day on Sunday.
