Elliptical Day
My foot was still hurting last night and when I woke up this AM. I decided to play it safe and hit the gym for some time on the elliptical trainer. It was a perfect day for running so I was not happy to be camped on the machine, but I am listening to my body. I did an hour of on the machine and did my ab work at home. It was a really good workout and my foot doesn't hurt anymore. I will run easy on new shoes on Saturday and then use the 20 miler as a partial pace run. The plan is to run 5 miles easy and then run the last 15 at pace.
