Week of 12/5 - 12/11 Recap

This was a record week for me. I ran 60.14 miles this week. I had a successful Decker and a great long run in the same week. I switched shoes from the Saucony Omni 4s to the Asics GT 2100. The Asics are awesome. My foot pain is almost totally gone and they worked great on the long run.

This week should be a major decrease in mileage which will be really nice, but Wilke and the tempo run will make up for it.
