Crosstraining and Weights
Today was crosstraining and weights day. I did 15 minutes on the elliptical trainer. I did the usual routine adding a new arm exercise where I grip the curl bar in the center and raise it up to my chin. It was a really good workout.
Tomorrow we have our last long run before Indy...15 miles.
