Cross Training and Weights
Today I did my crosstraining and weight routine. I did 15 minutes on the elliptical trainer, then my upper and lower body. I had to get to a meeting, so I saved my abs for this evening. I had a hard time with some of the exercises today, but think it's due to the two very hard workouts I've had in the past two days.
Tomorrow brings many 400s which I really enjoy.
Weight - 203 (very happy due to my binge this past weekend)
