Cross Training and Weights

Today was supposed to be an easy run of 30-45 minutes, but I took the opportunity for an extra weight workout. I rode the elliptical trainer for 20 minutes and then did my weight routine working on arms, legs and abs.

I feel really good the day after the race. Nothing really hurts except for some light pain on the of my right foot. I might have had my shoes laced too tight.
