Weight Training and Cap 10k Goal
Today I spent 20 minutes on the elliptical trainer and then did my weight training. I am really starting to enjoy the workout and need to figure out how I can get in the gym 3x a week...at least until I get back into my full marathon training. It is nice for my upper body to actually get some work for a change.
My overall goal for the Capitol 10k is sub 45:00. The below grid is the actual plan and puts me closer to 44:00, but I could lose more time at the start with all the people.
