Easy 30 Minutes at Home

After taking yesterday off to take Caroline to the dentist, I ran an easy 30 minutes today. I did my usual out and back. I went out at a decent clip...a run as you feel run and really enjoyed myself. I think my slow recovery runs that I have been doing have really helped me not get burned out in training for this marathon. They really break up the 3 hard workouts a week and give you much needed mileage as well as time to just enjoy running.

Stats - 3.57 Miles/30:27/8:32 pace
