Easy Run in Circle C

Today I did an easy run in Circle C. What a difference a week makes. Last week was dry and cool and today just sucked...83 degrees at 7:30AM. I planned on going 7 miles, but was drained after only a few. I ran my usual out and back and then went north on Escarpment and then out onto the Circle C trail by the soccer fields. It was a nice run even with the hot, humid weather.
