Recovery Run (posted 9/14)

Today I did an easy recovery run on Town Lake. I ran with Jan while Patrick did his simulated race and we took it really slow. My legs were really tired from the yesterday's run. We did a few strides and I headed off to work while Jan stayed to wait for Patrick to finish.
