Day at the Gym

After a hard workout yesterday I decided to flip flop my days and head to the gym today. I will run an easy 45 minutes tomorrow morning before the short 12 miles on Saturday. I did 20 minutes on the elliptical trainer and then did my weight and ab workouts. I am sure my legs will appreciate the little break.
