Friday Crosstraining
After eating some Rudy's BBQ, a couple of beers, and some brownies for my birthday last night, I felt really guilty and turned my day off into a crosstraining day. I rode the elliptical trainer for 20 minutes/2.1 miles and then did my arm and ab excercises. I will add my legs starting next week. I also rode the bike for 10 minutes since the cleaning lady was cleaning the locker room. It was a good workout.
I am looking forward to the easy 7 with the group tomorrow. I haven't seen any them since Freescale. Next week it is back to the normal schedule to get ready for the short season.
