Pre Race Run

Today I ran at home before tomorrow's 10 mile race. It was rainy and in the high 50s when I took and it was really nice. It reminded me of my days in Oregon. I just wanted to do about 4 miles at a run how you feel pace to get the kinks out. My diet the last few days has been total crap so I felt a little heavy and sluggish. I felt better towards the end of my run and had a pretty good workout.

I did some ab exercises when I got home and some light stretching. I have a little cold and some congestion so I hope I can clear it before the race tomorrow. I am shooting for a race time of 1:10 - 1:12:30. Given the course, I should be able to do it.

Stats - 4 miles/33:34/8:23 pace
