No Running Today
My leg was really bothering me yesterday so I iced it off and on all last night. I didn't get up this morning and am hoping some days off will make the pain go away. It makes me crazy that I can't run, but it is better to heal now with 20 weeks until race day than let it nag and be hosed later on. Hopefully it is nothing more than a sprained ankle or tendinitis which go away in a week or two.
I did some ab work this morning as well as some pushups. Hopefully I the hotel in South Padre has a good workout room so I can get on a bike while I am down there.
