Recovery Run
Today I meet a few folks for our normal recovery run. It was a glorious morning for running. We went counterclockwise again and went a little faster than normal. I think we ended up 5 minutes faster than last week. I guess that is what you get when the Monday workout is easy. My legs were a little stiff from the massage yesterday, but they loosened up as we went along. We stopped for water at the Pfluger bridge and then again at the Rock. I did 6 strides when I got back to Auditorium shores and then headed to the gym. I did my arm, leg, and then ab exercises. I also stretched before heading into the office.
