Easy 7
Today I met a few folks for the Tuesday recovery run. The cooler temps were back and it was dry. Unfortunately my body was a bit shaken up from the fall and my legs just plain felt like crap today. We did the loop at a nice pace and then finished off with some strides. I went to the gym and did some weight work on my legs and arms. I also did my ab workout and then stretched really well. I used their foam roller for my hamstring and the tightness in my hips.
