Easy Pre Race Day Run
Today I slept in and went our for a 4 mile easy run at home. The weather turned again after a really warm day yesterday and it was in the low 50s windy and drizzly. I celebrated a much needed personal victory at work with some beers yesterday after work so I was a bit groggy this AM. I felt better once I was finished with my run, ab workout, and my weight workout on the ball.
Stats - 4.01 miles/33:59/8:28 pace
Later I helped Emma with her science project for this year. Her hypothesis is does stretching prevent running injuries. We created an online survey and sent to the Gazelles. It will be interesting to see how many responses we get and what the results look like.
