Easy Pre Race Jog
Today I did my short pre race run at home. I had planned to join the group, but we had a morning of kids activities so I had to stick around here. I did my usual out and back and forced myself to slow down. I did a few strides in the cul-de-sac and did some light stretching.
As for tomorrow, I would like to break my PR from last year so I will head out in the 7:30 range to start and pick it up in the right places by taking advantage of the downhills. I am not too worried about damaging myself for the marathon.
Stats - 3.35 miles/29:05/8:40 pace
