Indoor Run
I had an early breakfast meeting this AM so I had to run at lunch time. It was cold and rainy again so I opted for the treadmill at the gym. It was probably a good idea because my right shin has been a little sore. It feels like it did when I had tendinitis a few years ago. I ran the first mile at around a 9:00 pace, dropped down to near 8:30 for the next 4 miles, and then did a half mile cool down at above 9:00 pace. I had a nice run and then did my leg weight exercises, ab work and a quick stretch.
