Let the Chicago Fun Begin

Today was day one of our 2007 Chicago marathon training. We jogged over to AHS where Gilbert put us through the paces of his circuit training. We did our drills and then started. We ran a 400 then did step ups, fence squats, crunches, back raises, pushups, and lunges. I did 4 sets which sets and felt really strong...especially on the step ups. Usually those kill me, but I did them quickly and with good form. I did 4 sets and then we headed over to the red square on the track. We did some hopping, 15/45/90 leg raises, and then a minute of new fast feet which killed me. We had to get in an almost sitting position and then do the fast feet. Overall a very good workout.

Stats - Just under 5 miles
