Quick Run and Gym Workout
I had to hit the gym early this morning and didn't have too much time so I got in quick run and weight workout. I spent 37 minutes on the treadmill for about 4.25 miles. I hit the weight machines for my full leg workout and two sets on most of the arm and back machines. I did some ab work at home and did some stretching. I am in post vacation mode still so I need to get back into "focus" mode starting with the long run on Saturday.
