Treadmill/Weights
Today I hit the gym for a 6 mile run on the treadmill and my full weight routine. My run was good. I started out just under 9:00 pace for the first 5 minutes and then dropped to near 8:30 pace for the remainder of the run. Once I hit 50 minutes I did a 2 minute cool down.
For my weight workout, I was able to do three full sets of each exercise for my arms, back, and legs. I also did some crunches in the ab machine and some crunches in the Roman chair. Once I was done I hit the mat upstairs for some additional ab work and stretching.
