Run/Weights
Today I got back into my gym routine since I have only been once in the last 3 weeks due to my travel and vacation. I ran 5.25 miles and then did my weight routine. I am really working on my weight right now so I am cutting back my upper body sets to two and sticking with my 3 sets for my legs. The weight sets were a little hard for my upper body, but I got through them. My legs were fine and it was a good workout.
