Easy Run at Home
This morning I slept in and ran my 4 mile out and back loop. I started late and it was already warm at 8:30. I wanted to go at a pace to keep my HR in the 3/4 zone and was able to keep in there for about 2/3 of the run. I did the complete stretch routine at home.

I can't wait to follow your progress this Sunday in Chicago. You've worked incredibly hard and you are so ready for this!! This will be the last time you have to run the freaking Chicago Marathon!!!!
