Running/Weights/Running
I was a wimp today and didn't want to be cold so I didn't run outside. I hit the gym for a run/gym/run workout. I ran for 45 minutes followed by some weight lifting. I did 3 sets of legs and two sets of arms. I followed that up with another 15 minutes of running. It was a really good workout and I feel great.
