Run at the Lake

Today I ran with one of my co-workers, Mike, who is visiting Austin on business from the bay area. He had never been to Austin so we hit the Hula Hut for dinner last night. He asked me where he could run near the Arboretum and I told him had to drive down early and run at the lake. We met at the Rock at 6AM and took off. He was amazed at how many people were out in the dark during the week. We had a great run and he really enjoyed the 7 mile loop.
