Hitting the Gym
Today I decided to cross train and do some minimal running on the treadmill. I rode the elliptical trainer for 30 minutes and planned to run for 30 minutes easy. My left leg felt all jacked up when I started running and I almost stopped. I stuck with it and once I got into a rhythm I felt really good. My new Asics GT 2130 felt great. I ended up running for 45 minutes at just below 9:00 pace. Once I finished I stretched really well and then used the hip machines to loosen up my hips. My left leg still feels a little weird, but a lot better than yesterday. It is definitely a nerve in the back of my leg.
