Recovery Run
Today I ran my normal Tuesday recovery run at the Lake. The group has dwindled down to just me but it was kind of nice running by myself in the dark. I ran clockwise on the trail and actually felt pretty good running for the first time since last Thursday. I slept really well last night and that made a big difference. I ran into Sean at about the 4.5 mile mark going the other direction...he was late a usual. I got back to RunTex and zipped over to the club for a light weight workout (leg extensions, leg curls, calf raises, chest press, and lat pull down) as well as the ab workout.
