Easy Run at the Lake

Today I met Jay and Jan early for a jog around the lake. The weather was perfect...cool, clear, and dry. I think the temps were in the high 30s. We went clockwise which is nice so you can see the sun rise on the back side of the run. My legs were a little tight this morning, but felt good as the run progressed. Jan jumped off at the Congress bridge due to some residual skiing pain and Jay and I continued on. I think we picked up the pace a little after Jan jumped off. It was a nice run.

Stats - 7 Miles/1:10:14/10:00 pace (probably a little faster; didn't stop the watch at my potty stop)
