Run in Baylands Preserve

After flying in last evening from Austin, I got up early and ran with a lady I work with in the Baylands preserve in Sunnyvale. We left the hotel at 6AM in the dark. It rained yesterday, so the trails were a bit muddy. We went out about 3 miles and turned around. Poor Michelle tripped over a pipe that was sticking out of the ground before a foot bridge. It was a graceful fall, but it turned she dinged herself up pretty good. She dusted her self off and we finished the run. It was good run and the sunrise over the SF bay was really nice...a great way to start the day.
