Rest Day
My right thigh hurt all night so I slept in and took the day off. I made an appointment to see my chiropractor and there is a nerve that is part of the problem. I did tweak the inner thigh a bit, but it didn't hurt as much after the chiropractor treatment. I will continue to watch it and should be able to get every other day rest this week and hopefully do a little speedwork next week. I will run 7 miles tomorrow and then do the 15 miles with the group on Saturday. I will take rest days on Friday and Sunday which should help. I don't think this will impact my marathon preparation at all.
