Crosstraining and Weights
I decided to take another day off from running and spent 45 minutes on the elliptical trainer alternating forward and backward every 5 minutes. I spent most of my time for my weight exercises on my legs and back. I did my normal exercises and added 3x10 step ups on both legs. I also did some single leg presses in the machine. Hopefully the extra rest day will help me get ready for the 18 mile on Saturday.
